Here's what we deliver every month:
- 1 location with lore, a plot, and a regional map
- 1 new creature with statblock and custom artwork
- 3 encounters that are tied by the plot into an adventure
- 3 battlemaps with multiple versions

A suggestion or request - can you add the encounter/adventure party level on the listing above? I'm lazy :) Most of the descriptions do have the encounter levels in them but a few you have to look at the quick preview on dtrpg. I've got them all now, but might help others in the future, thanks!
