Armature tools menu:
Hook by regions: An advanced physics / mesh hook that can dynamically interact with physics. It allows you to move a physics mesh in real-time and animate your actions. Simply select the regions or vertices you'd like to pin by and hook.
(Each selection island is treated as a region)
Hook selected regions to empties has been removed as it is now obsolete and no longer needed
Select the path for the downloaded asset library in your addon preferences. This is required for the optimize tools and future asset releases. Installation video can be found here
