Let’s be clear/honest, an ACTIVE father who has equal time with his kids, do things with/for them as a father should, would NEVER, let them leave ! The response would’ve been, “YOU gotta leave, my kids are staying here. When you figure out where you gonna stay, then they can go with you and we can work on a schedule that best suits us as far as splitting custody”. He’s all cap !
