The 40 Year OId PVM! - Sony PVM 1270Q
🕑 Added 2022-01-02 15:47:16 +0000 UTCHere is a deep dive into a new PVM, well new for me. This is the Sony PVM 1270Q, the oldest CRT PVM I've found to date.

This monitor has a different style of anode cap, at least mine does. It has ceramic running down the center. It makes me uncomfortable trying to wiggle it out, as I don’t want to break the ceramic. Did you remove yours by chance?
