i joined because 1 i love the game and just created a new VTC even tho i was banned and 2 i knew my appeal would be accepted as its clearly an accident and these things happen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oDtpqqHCr8 but no you gave me a week ban, a player who for 8 years previously had never be banned for reckless driving and had only ever got a slap on the wrist for having NATO as my company (north Atlantic trucker organisation) which i changed to what it currently is NAFO anyway this has done me i honestly thought the mods were decent people but clearly their not... so ive pulled my gold subscription and so is my brother until something is done about the ban/appeal system

It's great that they resolved this, I signed with 4 days to go until the 1st and unfortunately I had to pay again that month. And I was not reimbursed.
