@phantom "vomiting due to spinning" is not a body limit. It is similar to motion sickness. It is caused by brain specifically as it believes to be poisoned due sensory confusion.

The gardening techniques were things she worked on and I think she does not believe they came from the sword. and more importantly people would know if the sword gave those absurd sword techniques. Also I do not think she was holding the sword when avoiding the traps. she is a pampered princess so she was probably never exposed much to danger before. and it seems she only has that perspective slowed down when in danger. One other thing to note is that we did see her vomit and pass out when spinning around a lot. So it seems to an extent her body can not handle the super human movements for long. which would explain why she only moves that fast when exposed to danger.

Juliette doesn't even seem to think they are from the sword, she just use the sword as an excuse when in her speech, but while using her stuff she is like 'inreflect light from a glimpse of the moon's reflection'.
She acquired all this power through sheer laziness. It's amazing how much work and effort a lazy person will expend in order to avoid work and effort.

Now the biggest question I have is whether the sword is what is actually giving her these powers, like Juliette seems to think, or are they naturally hers and if so how she got them.

So are Juliette and the duck going to throw down in a glorious melee? In which Juliette will lose by a narrow margin and thus never realize quite how op she is because of that one time a duck kicked her ass? We all know coppelia would hold that over her forever
