Small obligatory post where i explain things
🕑 Added 2024-07-20 03:50:01 +0000 UTCI've been avoiding this topic for a while but i think its a good time to approach it.
On February this year i learned that my mother had cancer, type 2Bcancer to be precise, too big for a surgical operation, so she had to undergo chemotherapy since april, and she had her last chemo this thursday, couple that with other life changing events have taken a lot of my focus away from working at my usual routine.
I want to go back to the usual workflow. I am a bit regretful that i ended up working on a pizza tower mod and neglected my patreon content for so long, but i also feel bad about leaving it unfinished.
On the other hand i also feel terrible about losing the drafts of the second chapter of the Outlier comic, but it didnt gather enough interest to make it viable to continue working on it, so i dont know if i should work on it again from scratch.
Weighing things down i think it would be more financially sound to invest work in smaller projects to get more stuff produced and get a larger reach, and webcomics have unfortunately become too niche nowadays.
I feel like i've been throwing shit at the wall for almost 2 years to see what sticks and so far nothing has been working so it has also been draining on my mind lately
At least now you have an idea on the shit that has been affecting me mentally.
Im sounding like a broken record at this point but i really do hope things get better. My mother is fine, she will get through this.
Once again i apologize for the lack of content, so i will do my best to earn the money you guys are sending my way. Thank you again for the support you've given me thus far and have a nice one.
