It was fine till there. I had completed an option and I expected it to not appear anytime soon, but as if to make fun of me and prove me wrong, another set of options appeared almost instantly.

This system is playing me like a fool. Every time, it throws something new at me. I was starting to accept it... grudgingly. My brain immediately began to analyze the situation.
The third option? That’s an immediate no. It goes against everything I believe in. Sure, the battlefield is dangerous, but it's also the best place to improve myself. There's no way I'm passing up this opportunity.
That leaves me with the first and second options.
Both of them would shatter my dignity and massively boost my pervert score. But between the two... well, at least the second option wouldn’t end in something as terrifying as the first. I could survive the second one—hopefully.
Swallowing nervously, I stammered, "I-I’m going to the battlefield! I want to go to Sunagakure... and c-capture lots of female Sand ninjas... and... play with their... oppai!"

Tsunade, who had just taken a sip of sake, spat it out—right onto my face. Kurenai and Shizune stared at me in utter disbelief, their expressions a perfect mix of shock and disgust, as if I had just become the lowest form of human life in their eyes.

I wiped my face in defeat, feeling my soul shrivel up inside.

The notification sounded more like a mocking laugh than a reward. Somehow, the bitterness in my heart deepened even more.
Five days later, at noon.
When Kurenai, Shizune, and I arrived at Konoha’s central square, a small crowd was already gathered. Most of them wore the standard white medical uniforms, chatting in small groups.
These were the medics being sent to the western front. Our mission was to escort them safely to the battlefield.
Lady Tsunade had already left for the border of the Land of Rivers the night the Hokage gave her the command. With the war escalating so rapidly, she didn’t have time to take her students along. So, she arranged for us to join this mission, traveling with the medical team.
It had two benefits: First, it would give us valuable experience along the way. Second, since there were elite jonin leading the group, our safety was more or less guaranteed.
“I’m Ishigaki Tomoki, the captain of this temporary team,” said a man approaching us. His left cheek bore several deep scars, and he only had one eye. “You three... are Lady Tsunade’s students?”
I nodded, about to reply when, of course, that damn voice popped up again.

I could feel my eye twitch as I gritted my teeth. "I... I’m her toy!"

Ishigaki’s one eye widened, and he sucked in a sharp breath. Whether it was shock or horror, I couldn’t tell. Probably both.
“What... what the hell are you talking about?!” Kurenai yelled, finally snapping out of her shock and slapping her hand over my mouth.
Shizune quickly stepped forward, trying to ease the tension. “I’m so sorry, Captain Ishigaki. Please ignore him; he has a habit of saying bizarre things.”
Is it really just bizarre talk? Ishigaki’s expression said he wasn’t entirely convinced, but he nodded and didn’t press the matter further. “It’s fine. I won’t think too much about it. You’ll be acting as the rear guard of the formation. Is that acceptable?”
Shizune nodded seriously. “Lady Tsunade instructed us to follow your orders.”
“Good. The rest of the team is here, so let’s head out.” Ishigaki waved his hand, and the convoy slowly started moving. “We’re departing.”
Once we got moving, I realized this was far from the small medical team I had expected. In fact, the group was much larger. There were eight medical squads, each made up of six people. Besides our team and Ishigaki, there were two other jonin and ten chunin serving as escorts. All in all, it was a force of sixty-three people!
Because of the size of the group—and the fact that most of them were medics—our progress was slow. It took nearly six days to reach the border between the Land of Fire and the Land of Rivers.
By dusk, we had set up camp near the border.
At this point, we were practically at the front lines, where Konoha and Suna were clashing. Moving at night with such a large group was too risky, so Ishigaki ordered us to rest and stationed four chunin with sensory abilities around the camp in case of an ambush.
“Ugh, I’m exhausted.” Kurenai plopped down onto the ground, her face weary. “I never want to travel like this again.”
“There’s no other choice,” Shizune said, shrugging. “We have to move at the slowest pace to accommodate the medics.”
“Just hang in there. We’re almost there,” I said, scanning the area around us. “We should be grateful nothing’s happened so far.”
“Nothing? What could possibly happen?” Kurenai asked, completely unconcerned. “We haven’t even seen a single bandit, let alone any Sand ninjas. It’s been boring.”
I paused for a moment, feeling the weight of her words. Oh no, she didn’t...
“Please, dear sister... stop tempting fate, alright? Don’t jinx it.”
