Weekly Friday Update (7/29/16) - The Dump
🕑 Added 2016-07-30 04:03:15 +0000 UTC alright, so let's talk about things.i think it's obvious by now that i change things a lot and frequently, it's essentially a curse. though at the least this is right before i actually get locked in and start working on the comic.
as an inconsequential side note, right near the end i started drawing everyone with 5 fingers. which is why 2 characters here (one of which is a robot) have 5 fingers and the rest have 4.
here's the dump- every one of these characters has been reworked to have a more integral connection to the plot and world inside the comic, whether they be minor characters, arc-centric characters, or major main characters. this is just about every character i've designed thus far, including a few new designs that i made in between. there's only a very small handful of premade designs left which should be done next week. last week, i showed off some "designated villain" designs, and here's pretty much the rest. i tried to fill in blanks where they were needed, which is why tuesday now has a "companion" character since, she is in her own designated gang/faction different from everyone elses'. that character in of itself can create an introductory arc for her when the time comes.
the first arc will still have the same basic "premise" as the pilot comic- however, it's also radically different in other ways. that's not something i'm particularly ready to explore right now, however, just rest easy that things will be better explained once it finally releases.
