how to model self compassion: a self-referential meta tutorial on staying on topic
🕑 Added 2025-02-16 20:44:30 +0000 UTCGood Respawn Players,
Today's self-referential video is on modeling self-compassion. Many of us struggle with self-compassion. It is a difficult skill to master as it requires you to be nice to the one person you feel like deserves cruelty the most.
In this video, I will share the story of playing Mirrors Edge and the difficulty I had in learning it. You will observe me observing myself, the video and audio included below will veer off wildly and while it might be fun for everyone 'HERE", trying to invite new people requires an ability to stay focused. Not on a topic, but on a goal. Which is the meta lesson in this situation. If you can listen while you work or watch while you're struggling with self-compassion it will help tremendously.
Thank you for your continued support and GGs!
