you can use the rings from the fishing creation combined with an alchemy loop to get permanent hyperspeed, and you can also use an item called the bittercup from the bittercup creation to permanently reduce your base health to 0, which keeps you in what's called the dead loading state where the game thinks you're dead during the loading screen which lets you cancel fadeins, loadwarp through doors, and other stuff
