Subnautica - Any% (Survival, Glitched)!!!
I'll be reaching out to a runner very soon to get the ball rolling on the Subnautica run. It'll likely be the next SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED to come out after the Demon's Souls one, which speaking of...
I have a quick update on the next SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED! This is number 39 in the series (kind of, depends if you count the GDQ run, in which case this is number 40). The run being covered in this video is the Any% run of the original Demon's Souls. I just had a call with the runner I'm working with yesterday, and today is the first day of writing the script. Hopefully the script will be done by the end of next week, and we'll then be able to get the ball rolling on recording/editing at the start of the following week. You should be seeing the video before the end of February (which I totally just realized it's a short month this month, so really going to have to get nose to the grind stone for this video).
Progress is still being made on the Speedrunning and You video, but we're still in the same stages as before. I'd just like to acknowledge that it still exists so some people don't start wondering.
Very excited for this Demon's Souls video and now the Subnautica video, and hopefully will have them to you soon!

ahaha Subnautica's a good one. Level geometry in that game is mostly optional and there's a lot of fun speed glitches/interactions that occur in runs I've seen.
