[IMPORTANT] Patrons who want Fansign or Postcard but didn't tell own screenname to us

We closed Q3 survey several hours before and we were arranging a list to have a fansign shoot tomorrow. Because we have another shoot tomorrow too.
However, we found several Patrons didn't leave own screen name to the survey though they told they'd like to receive Postcard or Fansign in return.
Patreon screen name is only the key to identify the person who'd like to receive a reward for the survey and we can't make/send them without having your screenname.
