Dev update March 11th

Just wanted to share a status update on episode 20.
Beach house / morning after: Artwork & script complete (just needs some testing). This turned into an even bigger nightmare than I thought since last update. It is literally 3K lines long to cover every angle (from end of Ep19 scenarios to future Ep21+ scenarios. For context, 3K lines usually constitutes half an episode but because this scene covers so many options/paths, it'll probably be the equivalent of 300 lines played (for the particular path you're on). It almost makes me cry to think about all that script/ dialog that covers ALL of the options you AREN'T taking :) but fuck it, it had to be done!
And other than final episode / epilogues, I don't see any scene ever being this complicated so hopefully the nightmare is over!
This one will definitely need some extensive testing from the QC team.
Jenna / Jolina scenes: All artwork (and anims) complete. Plan to have the script complete by early next week and over to the QC team.
Dogboy / Roger / Natasha scenes: 100% complete (artwork, anims and script) and it's been fully tested.
Elaine scene - Making good progress on art and script. Hoping to have the first half of the script completed by middle of next week and the renders are just moving from the "nice part" to the sexy parts and are looking great so far.
So still very much on track for a March release. I'm going to say March 31st as a placeholder for release date but we'll try our best to shave some days off this and get it earlier!
As we're closer to the end of this episode, I'll try to keep the progress updates a little more frequent so you'll know if we're hitting our drumbeat.
And as a bonus, we've started some initial artwork on Episode 21. (Having two artists on the team is a gift!)
