This is something that I may just have to try. I like the idea of a veggie potato pancake. The picture doesn't look like a veggie burger that I have ever had but I'm willing to give it a shot.
This one is unlike any 'veggie' burger I've had, it's more like a veggie potato pancake, which is how I would eat it versus like a burger. But overall it was the best thing and healthiest thing I've had from the Dollar Tree!
I can't wait to see this video! Veggie burgers have come a VERY long way since they got really popular ten years or so ago.
