This was a great episode and the majority of the runtime felt like nonstop action. There were scenes that were terrifying, even from the get-go in the tunnel. A lot of pretty gross scenes too, especially when Tracy's back opened up and her spine was twisting and turning. I had to laugh at myself a bit because I had no problem watching that but averted my eyes when Dr. Deaton used a scalpel to slice her arm earlier - for context, I broke my back in 2021. I'm worried about Lydia as well. I think it was a slice too, not a stab. There did seem to be a good amount of blood though, so hopefully she'll be okay. As I said a few episodes ago, I never watched this show back then, so I have no idea what's going to happen. Honestly, this season so far is on season 3 level. I loved the kitsune transformation scene. So good! Thanks for the shoutout Dak! The fact that I said "Always remember, if we can lose Allison, we can lose almost anyone." made me nervous after seeing Lydia get injured. π€πΌ

Great episode - great reaction! Putting down the cup was classic. And no, you didn't jump at all, no sir, lol. The body horror was strong with this one - the scene with Tracy on the table was reminiscent of John Carpenter's "The Thing", and I thought the effects/makeup were really well done. Oh, and good call picking up on her being a kanima. It certainly was very interesting that the bad guys went after Tracy but didn't really seem very interested in Malia, wasn't it? Hmm.... ;-) Agree that they've done the relationships really well, in that they've developed really naturally. Really enjoyed watching this reaction, and very much looking forward to the next one!
