[0.2] Progress Update

I hope you're all doing well. On my end, things are going pretty smoothly. Since the last update, I’ve finished a new short scene focusing on Sylvia (nothing naughty here, just a bit of character development), and I’ve just wrapped up the renders and animations for a major scene in the episode, which involves Regina. There’s still a lot of work left to do on this scene, especially with the coding and sound effects. 🗣️
I’ll try not to spoil too much, but for those of you who don’t want any spoilers, I suggest stopping here and enjoying your weekend. ☀️
For the rest of you, I’ve noticed some questions on various forums about how Regina might become a romanceable character. Well, the answer lies in this scene, because you’ll be given a crucial choice. The scene starts with a dialogue where you’ll be able to ask Regina several questions about her actions and motivations. After that, you’ll have to choose between forgiveness or revenge. These two paths will be very distinct and will definitely shape Regina’s future. So, there will be no turning back once you decide. 🛣️
If you choose forgiveness, you’ll have the chance to get to know her better, maybe even sympathize with her, and slowly develop a relationship over multiple episodes — or not at all if she doesn’t interest you. If you go for revenge, there’s content awaiting you in this episode (including a sharing scene if you’ve activated the Netorase content), with more scenes to come. But don’t expect a fairy tale in that case. Of course, the h-scenes will always be optional if you prefer not to dive into that kind of dynamic with her. 😉

J'espère que vous allez bien. De mon côté, ça avance plutôt bien. Depuis la dernière fois, j'ai terminé une nouvelle scène assez courte centrée sur Sylvia (rien de naughty ici, juste un peu de développement de personnage), et je viens tout juste de terminer les rendus et animations d'une scène importante de l'épisode, qui concerne Regina. Il me reste encore pas mal de travail à faire sur cette scène, notamment en ce qui concerne le codage et les effets sonores.🗣️
Je vais essayer de ne pas trop spoiler, mais je tiens à avertir ceux qui ne veulent rien savoir à l'avance de s'arrêter ici et de profiter d'un bon week-end.☀️
Pour les autres, j'ai remarqué à plusieurs reprises sur différents forums des questions sur la manière dont Regina pourrait devenir un personnage romançable. Eh bien, la réponse se trouve dans cette scène, car un choix crucial vous sera offert. La scène commencera par un dialogue où vous pourrez poser plusieurs questions à Regina sur ses actions et motivations. Ensuite, vous devrez faire un choix entre le pardon ou la vengeance. Ces deux chemins seront bien distincts et influenceront définitivement l'avenir de Regina. Il n'y aura donc pas de retour en arrière possible.🛣️
Si vous choisissez le pardon, vous aurez la possibilité d'apprendre à mieux la connaître, voir à sympathiser avec elle et même de développer lentement une relation avec elle (sur plusieurs épisodes), ou pas du tout si elle ne vous intéresse pas. Si vous optez pour la vengeance, du contenu vous attend dès cet épisode (y compris une scène de partage si vous avez activé le contenu Netorase), et d'autres scènes seront ajoutées par la suite. Mais ne vous attendez pas à un conte de fées dans ce cas. Bien sûr, les h-scenes seront toujours optionnelles si vous ne souhaitez pas entrer dans ce genre de dynamique avec elle. 😉

Just finished Chapter 1, I found it on the other site, and I absolutely loved it. It's up there with Cosy Cafe and Companion of Darkness for me, I can already tell I am going to replay Chapter 1 a dozen times. Such a great game! Looking forward to more!
