[0.2] Progress Update

We’ve officially reached the halfway point in the development of Episode 2! 🎉 Things are moving along nicely, and the scene introducing the new romanceable character I mentioned in my last update is now complete. 😊
I’ve spent quite a bit of time in character creation mode, tweaking the final details of this character’s design and bringing several secondary characters to life. I really want every character you meet on your adventure to feel unique—no generic NPCs that all look the same! But of course, that takes time. 😉
Since we're at the halfway mark, here’s a little progress update: this patch currently includes 1,094 new images, 36 animations, and around 8,800 lines of code. Safe to say, this episode is shaping up to be a big one! 😁

Ça y est, nous avons atteint la moitié du développement de cet épisode 2 ! 🎉 Le travail avance bien, et la scène introduisant le nouveau personnage romançable, dont je vous parlais dans mon dernier rapport, est désormais terminée. 😊
J’ai passé pas mal de temps en mode création de personnages, à peaufiner les derniers détails du design de ce personnage, mais aussi à donner vie à plusieurs personnages secondaires. J’essaie au maximum de faire en sorte que chaque personnage que vous croiserez au fil de votre aventure ait un design unique, afin d’éviter l’effet "PNJ lambda" où tout le monde se ressemble. Mais forcément, ça demande du temps. 😉
Puisqu’on est à mi-parcours, faisons un petit point sur la progression : ce patch contient déjà 1 094 nouvelles images, 36 animations et environ 8 800 lignes de code. Autant dire que cet épisode s’annonce bien costaud ! 😁
