Percy is the kind to hunt, and perhaps eat, dragons. You would not be able to convince him to fly one, especially with a hostile sky god on his case lol

Brandon, yo, now might not be the best time to empty the garrison of Winterfell with Theon and the Ironborn loose. Everyone's getting dragons but my boy, Percy. Hopefully, he can Sansa can get their hands on some ice dragons. Arya would like that too. There's also s theory that there may be be a clutch of fire dragon eggs in the hot springs below Winterfell. That would be cool as hell.

Bran is much closer while Robb is on campaign and Catelyn is MIA. This was going to be shown in a later chapter but a messenger has already been sent to Robb yet it will take some tome for them to meet

So in estimate,bran is trying to do his best and Percy in the Starks have enemies on horizon I’m guessing Theon is a conduit for something probably the drowned God and now Shereen is a dragon girl not gonna lie feels like this like it’s starting to turn into an anime now lol
