EB 10 - Teaser 4
🕑 Added 2025-05-09 01:57:26 +0000 UTCGreetings my dear Patron,
So happy to have your eyes upon my words. And trust me, I am equally happy to have the words to lay ever so gently before thine eyes. I feel navigating my new schedule and finding solid time to write is like being on that Ninja Warrior TV show. Each safe footfall and finger maintaining grip is a hundred words here, an hour there of writing and updating. And posting this teaser feels like pressing the buzzer at the end with seconds to spare. If I counted the weekend, then I have another day or two, but I like to keep things neat and tidy and handle my 'business', smutty and free as it may be, before I clock out.
Maybe it is that latent desire to strike back at employers (regardless how good and kind and giving they are) ? Maybe it is wanting to double-dip in the system. Earning that proverbial bread, but also wanting to get some tasty jam on the side at the same time. I also read a lot about how other authors do it. There are places on the internet where folks like me gather, if you'd believe it. Most of them are showing off how much they make or asking the same questions again and again that have been answered in a very readily available FAQ. But this is how the internet is these days.
Don't let me get sidetracked on complaining. I had a bad dream last night and it was one of those ones that insists your psyche isn't chipper and bright without a bit of mental recalibration. Complaining about people using the internet 'wrong' is a rabbit hole you do not want me to go down, haha. Though I'm sure I'd have one or two among us here who get it. Did you know I had aspirations to be a comedian? Still kinda do. But time. And getting back at the system that steals it from us.
Tangent, I command you to return to the main point of me bringing up that I read about how other authors 'do it' and the fact that many of them get burned out when they use their free time to write. Maybe I am afraid of burning out in that way, because once I start devoting my spare free time to writing there may be no end to it. Free time that I can spend with loved ones or with myself when nobody else is around, well... I like having that time for plenty of reasons. I am sure you get it.
I consider myself lucky. Once I focus in to the point my misophonia no longer affects me, then I enter a state of gnosis where I don't even feel the keys anymore. Like Cipher in the matrix, who only saw blondes, redheads, brunettes... I just imagine the characters and can see them and my fingers just seem to put the right words out there to share what I am seeing with you.
Goodness that got flowery, but we managed to get through the turbulence for a soft and floral scented landing. And along with it, I offer another few thousand (alright, it's only a couple thousand, and a few hundred on top) words of the next chapter. Part of me wants to end it just after this part, because there is a good logical stop, and I am right near that 10k mark sweet spot, but I also have a ton more to add to the story. (Is Experimental Business a two parter novel? God how lame is that. Maybe it isn't a trilogy, but a quadrilogy? I got thoughts about things, and there is so much going on still.)
I have more I need to add to her bits, but have ideas on how to get it done. I want to streamline some stuff and get to some mega hot sexy spice I have down the road. Spice I know everyone will be on board with.
But don't let me get ahead of myself or spoil anything. This is another spicy part of this chapter. I was surprised at how hot it was while I was writing! How do you top a three way with two farm girls sucking your milky tits and everyone getting each other off? Yeah, I don't know if I topped that scene, that one I feel is going to be up there with the likes of MC the first time he gets with his boss. That scene, don't get me started on how hot that was. Gosh, what am I doing getting all worked up in the middle of my office? Gotta run~!
Ta ta~
~Michelle
And nobody seems to know...
Maybe that is another reason I like writing here? Hmm...
