Have the Pallidays seen Caydee singing to Pa-Ho? I've been re reading Intemperance 4, and was reminded that Neesh's mom is a bird specialist vet.

Thank you. I pride myself on my research and my character development. I deliberately made Charlie almost normal and a true professional with valid opinions when they were talking music on the clock. It adds to his weirdness.

I like the Pa-Ho sections. It would be interesting to see how Cap, who coined the name Pa-Ho in the first place, get to interact with Pa-Ho when he becomes more communicative as he grows up, as kids' first competition is sibling rivalry, no matter how big is the age gap (from observing my own kids) as Cap surely would eventually want to befriend Pa-Ho after seeing Caydee's interactions with Pa-Ho, unless he gets his own crow friend. The other thing I like was how serious, fussy and totally professional all of the Intemperence members were with their music (including how Sharon throws her expertise in helping Celia produce her music) that they are open to self-criticisms on improving their live playing and work collectively to ace them. A good injection of realism in your storylines. I don't see this in other authors' work. Keep it up, Al! Great job.
