His whole argument seems to contradict its intentions to me. For a woman reading this, won't his smearing of it deter women away from this line of work because he is implying it is just for men? There's also plenty of initiative from male-dominated industries trying to get women involved nowadays, and there is an increase in female numbers. Bernard is a dumbass.
