Because Monday's video on the bushfires is still gaining a lot of traction we've decided it would be best to not release a video on YouTube today. Thanks for all the positive feedback, we'll keep doing our best to get the message out!
However, even if there's no video we still wanted to do something for you all so here's something special — a whole video that won't be released on the channel for a while.
This one isn't a usual political video we put on Patreon but we're sure you'll enjoy it and have a laugh! Don't worry, we're back next week with a full schedule of bushfire coverage.
We hope you all enjoyed your time over the new year and that you've stayed safe during the fires. We're trying to do as much good as we can in this situation. Fark, Jordan! You haven’t heard of Franco Cozzo? He had a fucken “grand sale! Grand sale!” every fortnight or some shit. In years 7-9 (why should I lie... ok, whenever I post something I’m hocking on FB to my hometown mates in Melbs, it HAS to be accompanied by “Grand sale! Grand Sale!”. Better yet, I don’t even need to do the accent or link the clip: everyone who watched tv (so, all of us) between 93-98 remembers the “Grand sale”. His voice is almost as recognisable as that fucken ad for tiles that’s STILL on the radio in Melbs (quality Tipple M, of course): “HHEEEeeeelloooo.... Frank Walker from National Tiles” - EVERYONE in Melbourne will know that cunt’s voice. What gets me is that his store isn’t national! Why the fuck is it called “National Tiles” then? And who the fuck listens to a radio ad, then thinks “hmmm, well I do need a few tiles today”? I’m sure he’s on YouTube. Like Franco Cozza, no one from Melbs (true blue inner city fukn Melbournians anyway) could forget those voices. They haunt my dreams...
My ear drums after that imperial shopping centre ad....WASTED.
A few thoughts. First that tuckerbag ad bought up repressed trauma. Thanks for that. Second Franco Cozzo is a deadset legend, even if his tacky furniture was used to import cocaine
