That Bari Weiss bit was cringe inducing - do Americans really think that having less people make these systems magically more viable? Sure it's more difficult bureaucratically but you can easily break it down into parts like we do in NZ, we have District Health Boards in every region that handle the operation of our health care system, the government foots the bill and sets the standards.
