Lately, drawing faces has felt awkward for me, but I'll chalk it up to my eyes learning before my hands; I've been so focused on just producing comic pages, it feels like I forgo drawing with thoughtfulness for productivity. speed vs perfection are at odds with each other, aren't they...
anyway!! these inks communicate fine left the way they are 😅 I normally ink every page to completion before moving onto the next page, but I want to reach the end before cleanup/blacks. these inks kinda function as a combination of pencils/inks, because of their roughness/how many times i revise them 🤔 I'll be mildly annoyed if I don't take the time to tweak them--I still want to have this printed when it's done haha!!
