Fluid Simulation Progress Update

It uses industry standard techniques (ie the same algorithms used when designing and simulating real engines and other fluid systems). I made a short update video just for you guys!

Yes, all of those will be visible in the fluid visualization I'm working on. I'll be demonstrating this in my next video

Will the final sim have an option to view different fluid properties like temperature, velocity, etc?

This fluid system does support the simulation of pipes that have variable diameter and by extension it would support an expansion chamber exhaust

This looks awesome! One thing that i wondered about the Engine Simulator was the Performance in it's finished form. I programm myself in my spare time (far from professionally) and know how hard multithreading can be, especially when talking about physics. Being able to multithread the fluid simulation could be a game changer on it's own, let alone beeing run on the GPU. looking forward to running a V8 on 100kHz :) I am so glad to be a Patreon of you!
