All blocks are displayed in my Dev Map you can download under Downloads.
For Medievalism I recommend using a shader with POM support. My personal preference is currently SEUS HRR 3. Some textures like glass look much better in SEUS PTGI and the image is sharper but it does not support POM which greatly enhances the textures.
INSTALLATION:
Resource Pack:
Resource Pack installation is straight forward. Just drop the downloaded resource pack(s) to the Minecraft resource pack folder:
.minecraft\resourcepacks
Mod:
Mod installation requires Minecraft Forge (always download recommended).
Run the .jar installer file and install.
Open Minecraft Launcher and select the Forge launch instanceCreate "mods" folder in .minecraft folder and drop the latest Optifine file (same version as mod and Minecraft) into the mods folder (no need to install Optifine separately)
.minecraft\resourcepacks
I'd also recommend allocating a bit more RAM to your game instance in the Minecraft launcher.

Hello, I just subscribed and I can't find the v2 mod on the page. There is only v1. If you have it, could you please send it to me? My email is: isabas.mendivil2013@gmail.com

The packs are not really that compatible, but I'll respond to your message on UI for 1.20.1.

When does this come to 1.21.1 because I want to have ultimate imersion and this at the same time. But I cant. So I wanted to downgrade to 1.20.1 but the google drive link for ultimate imersion 1.20.1 doesnt work any more
