You need to lock content better. Somehow a full restart with no old flags and waiting to buy things and do events, it still locks you out of progress on some events. Having multiple holiday events occur nearly simultaniously and firing out of order really confuses things. After several years of playing I still get locked out of many things and frozen at 1000 points and no library (which I dd get years ago, but wouldn't do the event, even after succubus comments about being able to not wear panties.

I have a problem, for some time in the cafe, with a customer, the blow customer doesn't work! this is happening for some version already!
