Lucretia's Legacy 8/16 progress
🕑 Added 2017-08-16 19:26:21 +0000 UTC Today I've focused mostly on Flora, the shopgirl, writing scenes for you to take her dancing and take her to bed. I've also set the end of the game to 33 nights, with the possibility to make that shorter if you do the wrong things (send girls to the hospital due to biting them too often, for instance). That length will gradually creep up with future versions, but I want to set it at a point where the game provides some challenge, and doesn't become a grind. In my playthrough today I was able to get 4 girls as slaves in 30 nights, and to get a fifth I would have had to grind through 4000 experience points -- probably doable in another 15 nights, but not actually much fun.I'm looking to release 0.0.3 somewhere between August 21st and August 23rd. That means that after today, I'm looking at testing and simple fixes until then. One of those fixes involves some of the graphics. A lot of the graphics made for the game spilled over onto the heavily shaded part of screen, obscuring details, and I'm going to fix as many of those as I can, time permitting. Some of them I'll have to re-render, others can be cropped to make them work. Until now I felt the size of the shaded part of the screen was still in flux, but I think it's pretty stable now, so I want to make sure the graphics fit the display area a bit better. That's going to be a tedious process, and will probably only be partially completed at release. If it gets too tedious I'll take breaks and write new content. :)
