36:19 minor error in the year there Mr.ConcernedCitizen? Should the year you say for the incident be June 4th 2004? Because it’s impossible for him to mail his brother a tape that he states he made in 2004, on June 4th 2003 🧐🕵️. Lol I’m guessing minor mistake but I’m just an autistic goober that listens to things 50 times. Surprised I didn’t catch it sooner this is like the 12th time I’ve played this episode. Love the channel you do A+++ work ❤️

Paranoid, narcissistic nutcase. Especially when imagining that GOD wanted him to do this. Good riddance.

People only conspired against him in his head. Some people need to realize the world is against them because they are awful people.

It’s not hard to imagine him doing the same thing over again were he in the position of the family that previously owned the lot he bought at auction.

Me and this guy share a birthday and it’s tomorrow. I also thought he was a recording artist but I think it’s just a grindcore band of the same name. I never felt a great deal of sympathy for this dude tbh. People can only look back and say it wasn’t that bad because he somehow didn’t kill anyone. Maybe he was a day late and a dollar short of being able to hook up to the city sewer and water line. If he can buy a $450k bulldozer, you’d think he could swing $75k or whatever it was, he just didn’t feel like it. (Or hey, just drop the lawsuit). As soon as the free market “fucked him over” he went domestic terrorist.

Between listening to this and seeing that documentary it sounds like the people in power pretty much conspired against him to the point he lost his mind. This is a good episode as it has so many wrong things. Just to be clear....dude isn't a hero for his actions.
Kathleen Davis
(I googled his name to see a picture of him and it showed up in Google images, you can look yourself but I’m not posting the link)

They sell merch for this actual terrorist on Amazon. If that isn’t the story of America, I don’t know what is.

This is true carnage

Incredible episode, ACC. I liked this as a change of pace for the season (which has been your best ever!). Anyone else wanted to see how much damage he could cause or was that just me? It takes a lot of privilege to throw a tantrum this large.

It's always nice when the lunatic records so much of their crazy. The guy was a selfish loser and wasted it to larp his self centered BS as a revolution.

Amazing episode man, this episode was a complete banger, probably a top 5 IMO! I can't believe I've never heard about this story.

I haven't listened to this episode yet but there is a good documentary on this case on netflix called Tread. I'm sure ACC will go more in depth per usual. Keep up the great work ACC!

As a Colorado native, now I have a better idea why people steer clear of me.

Watch the Documentary "Tread" it's a good mixture of storytelling and footage of the actual rampage.
