Sketches for February, 2018 Realism #1-13 Part 1
🕑 Added 2018-02-05 20:19:05 +0000 UTC These are sketches based off photos I get off tumblr. I have folders for everything these days. I want to have a better understanding of muscle and how the body moves in general. That means I use the tips and tricks I've picked up in school. In my life drawing class I had to take what my eyes were seeing and try to recreate it on a piece of paper. The trick to getting that to work is realizing how much space something takes up and using the negative space around an object to recreate it's dimensions onto the page. I know that sounds weird and probably doesn't make sense the first time through but I can't figure out how to explain it any other way. You'll see I get better.I did 1-10 last night, and 11-13 this morning.
