I'm going to start using more the orchestrator for my bots.
I'm going to start using the close all deals at market price (CADaMP) on the ORC SELL signal for many of my bots including all risky ones and some moderate as well.
The criteria I'm using is that I will CADaMP all bots that:
- use futures
- use 3x tokens
- trade a wide set of alt coins.
- bots with a small max deviation, scalpers for example
I have reviewed each and every bot I'm running in the dashboard and bots that I haven't published (bots I'm researching or WIP) and based on the last correction there are a handful of bots that wouldn't have benefit from using CADaMP on sell:
- Johano selected
- Josefo
- Serpil (yes VGX is in a downtrend, but I think the BTC correction is unrelated, QNT has done great on serpil regardless of the BTC correction since then)
- Safira. By now it has closed all deals, maybe later in the bull run we should add it to our CADMP list but I think it's too early and this bot is still having a blast with these "mild" corrections. A proper one of over 40% would be a different story.
- Martyn
- Mirinda. I have a carbon copy of Mirinda running outside the dashboard and it has closed all open deals. I also have a non-published version of Mirinda running top coins which has also recovered great. Later in the cycle we should definitely add it back to our CADaMP list.
- Lambo top coins, I have mixed feelings. If you use CADaMP it would have freed funds to make great deals in the last months but you would have sold some high valuable tokens at a loss. I will be using CADaMP still.
You should definitely take VERY seriously this decision, almost like in the scene of "the blue vs red pill" on the Matrix film. It is a tough trade-off: some times the SELL signal will come too early, a few times it will come at the perfect time. The times it comes right on time you'll be the happiest person dodging a big correction and not having to hold any red bags. Many times there will be an actual correction but not large enough to make it worth to CADMP. Some other times there will be SELL signal but then there won't be ANY correction, the price might actually PUMP!
There will be some times as well when the SELL signal comes and a large correction follows but it actually happens many hours if not a full day after. This would mean that just stoping the bot would be better than CADaMP.
As you can see it's not necessarily easy to decide which alternative would work best for you. Some users are all in with CADaMP, they do prefer having some occasional minor loses as long as they benefit from exiting the market before most large corrections too.
So be sure you understand this 100% and do not blindly copy my decision of using CADaMP.
1) Do you prefer to some times being too conservative and close too early while affording potential minor loses but prefer to be sure that you will "almost never" * get caught on a large correction? * = based on past performance and backtest which don't guarantee future performance.
2) Or do you prefer to only stop your bots and in some rare occasions to not have enough time for the bots to close all deals by theirselves ending up with red bags after a potential large correction?
Quick tip:
- Create a sheet and include all your bots
- put a link to each bot and the bot id in separated columns
- add a column for which action you want the ORC to do for SELL and BUY
- Think about all the points I tried to make in this article, check how each of your bots did during the last (mild) correction and don't make the decision only based on the PERFECT accuracy of the last SELL signal, as mentioned it might be earlier next time, false positive or too late (hopefully not!!!)

- Make your own decision
- There won't be a decision that succeeds 100% the time, so think what is the compromise that works best for YOU given your risk aversion and experience to deal with corrections.

So where can I find what bots you are now using with ORC?
All bots have been updated in the dashboard. The signal column will always contain the actual deals start condition we are using and which ORC action and signal I'm using. For example you can see below that I'm CADaMP on the SELL ORC signal.
If a the value in the signal row doesn't contain any ORC information it means that I'm not using the ORC on that particular bot.
As we progress into the bull market I'll be definitely adding more and more bots to the orchestrator. I'll be also tweaking the ORC signal implementation settings as I become more concerned that we could be approaching "the end" of the bull cycle. This will turn the signal into more reactive which is something I wouldn't mind having had during last May's correction!
Miela is now switched OFF / Johano selected.
I'm not satisfied with the performance of this bot. The problem with this bot is that its goal is to buy very oversold tokens with great value during corrections. The problem is that RSI can go to way lower levels on some of the tokens this bot is using. During corrections the bot that has performed best is QFL on TOP market cap tokens: Johano selected. Having it switched on during a correction or using the ORC to switch it on during last correction would have been a great idea. I had it on and it outperformed all my other bearish bots. Past performance cannot guarantee future performance, but I won't be buying ALTs during a correction not even while using catastrophe settings like RSI4H < 20 or anything like that, yes it can work but not necessarily always. Johano selected seems a better opportunistic bot for those occasions.
I switched ON the following bots
We just completed the golden cross on BTC, this has along record of bullish cases. OF course nothing is guaranteed in crypto but the odds are turning towards a very bullish end of year. There will be many shake offs before next ATH so think twice before mimicking this risky move. If you have less experience or are more conservative you can keep them off or give them way less funds relative to your total portfolio size, and keep more funds on more conservative bots.

I updated all bebek tokens with todays top ones.
I'm making a slight change in strategy direction here in regards to how I'm picking the tokens. Normally I sort by Galaxy score the top tokens on lunarcrush. After doing some research I think it might be a better alternative to use this new criteria:
- sort by Alt rank from top 1 token
- use only top 100 tokens (there's a filter for that in their market page)
- skip results with Galaxy score below 65
As I was suspecting and now I can confirm, the alt rank is a more long term rank whereas the galaxy score is calculated based on the last 50 hrs which
means that it could be a short term trend. Alt rank should be more stable than galaxy score. Filtering above 65 galaxy score will remove tokens with good fundamentals but that are not necessarily doing as great recently. This week I skipped UNI and SUSHI which have very high alt rank but galaxy score below 65 (below 60 actually).

did the orchestrator just fire a sell ? I'm looking for chat in discord, or some confirmation. I cant seem to find #indicator-signals in discord that documented on your website. It's a little suspect, exactly 0:00 UTC it seemed to close my bots, let's hope for the big drop. I eventually got discord signed up , and I can see the signal confirmation

I'm actually saying that even though I have observed false positives: times where the SELL signal was sent and the correction was not large enough to make it worth CADaMP, I am "starting to believe that is a better option to take those loses to at least increase the chances of not catching a big dump". The signal will send false positives. I'm sure of that. It won't be always ONLY signalling on the top, but still I want to give a try to CADaMP.
Ahhhβ¦fool me π (Close All Deals At Market Price = CADaMP). Thanks for clarifying. So what you say is: - you trust much more in ORC signal (I guess it has demostrated a good performance after some time) - now you are confident enough to let orchestrator not only stop your bots but also CLOSE your deals at market price Did I get it right? If so, then ORC is working really really well (and Im probably going to do the same, let the signal close my deals alsoβ¦) :)
Hi Patricio, CADaMP description is in the second line in the article. Is on a bot basis, there is no support to close all deals of all bots without having to provide all your bots id one by one in the submission form.
Hi! What is βCADaMPβ? (Im an observer subscriber). Also, by closing at market price, are you saying you will close all deals of all bots even at a loss? If so, why is that? Is it because you think there will be a large correction soon?
