Cyclops - Refined Sketch WIP
🕑 Added 2023-02-06 19:36:16 +0000 UTCWorking on next phase of Scott. This part can take me a long time as a fight between ‘accuracy’ and ‘feel’. I want to have solid anatomy and posing, but I don’t want to lose the initial gesture. At one point I spread his legs out more to make his stance more solid, but I felt like it lost the pin-upness. I eventually went back to a pose more like my original thumbnail.
As for the references, the 3D model is from the Magic Poser App, that I use frequently. The pose was a bit stiff, but it helped me with my proportions. The hunk on the top left I used as a body type ref.
*Apologies updates were a little infrequent last week. Dealing with a fumigation/heat treatment on my apartment that’s throwing my schedule off.

Possibly! Gambit is more likely because of timing, but we'll see! I've never traveled for a con before and I need to see how much all my current inventory weighs. But for sure I'll have tons of my MCU ones and also large prints of a few of my covers like Nightwing, Superman, etc
