Denise's Breath Hold Training (Part 10)
🕑 Added 2023-07-25 02:22:31 +0000 UTCMy thoughts quickly returned to me as I feel my lungs feeling uncomfortable.
I was not as used to holding my breath as I used to...I've been too rusty. I see Denise noticed that I was already struggling, and she starts pointing me to go up.
I hate to leave her alone as I recover my breath, but I don't seem to have another choice...
She'll be fine I suppose...Denise is much greater than me, but I'll try to no take too long.
