I once saw a local version of that that was ostensibly about warning people about bad people with bad morals in your community. When I looked at it at someone else's suggestion it was mostly people accusing each other of cheating being pedos or spreading sti's.

Wasn't there a website like 8-10 years ago called "Peeple" or some shit where people could actually rate each other on how good of a person you are, or more realistically, how bad you are and post receips or whatever?
