Introducing Video Game B-Roll
🕑 Added 2017-02-02 03:49:16 +0000 UTCHey everyone. We've been thinking a bit about additional things we could do with our game captures beyond My Life in Gaming episodes. We settled on a second channel we've called Video Game B-Roll. Its filled with raw footage, game selects, and archival footage without any kind of VO or anything.
We encourage people to download and use this footage for their own projects. Sometimes it can be hard to find high quality captures of stuff, so we hope to be able to fill that niche. Or, y'know, maybe you just want a condensed play through of a game as background noise, or want to get a general idea of what a game plays like without any kind of commentary.
So, this gives the footage some life beyond an episode and requires pretty minimal effort to provide. Enjoy!

A magnanimous move with solid execution - the opening details are an added bonus. As always, impressed by the professionalism of the approach. Kudos to your team!

Guys, this is such a great idea. Thanks!
It's surprisingly difficult to find good gameplay video without VO. Can't wait for more!
