Random Hobo That You Walked Past
Crocodile Cacophony does indeed contain a motif, that being the title theme of DKC2 aptly named "K. Rool Returns" (the part of the song that you said reminded you of Grant Kirkhope). The original version of this track is the final boss theme for DKC2 when you fight Kaptain K. Rool, an alter ego to King K. Rool where he dons a pirate hat and coat. There are two other alter egos, Baron K. Roolenstein and King Krusha K. Rool who appear in DKC3 and Dk64 respectively. Also I'm unsure if the video listed the original composer but it is in fact David Wise. The remix was arranged by Soshi Abe.
