Gangplank Galleon is the Final Boss theme of DKC. You take on King K. Rool on his pirate ship. You are right that Gangplank Galleon has basically lived rent free in my head for the better part of two decades, and ACE did an arrangement of Gangplank Galleon for Smash Ultimate.
