I know it'll be worth the wait. As crazy as it is to go to this much work for the instruments, I have taken a similar approach to the problems on my project and have yet to regret it - the time investment sucks, but the results matching what's in my head make it worth it! I have no problem keeping the faith, you guys will deliver something incredible!

The only problem with 3D printing is a shocking lack of Cardboard Aided Design. I hope there are some random flanges that will be necessary for the installation.

People have been trying to print circuit boards like this for years with little success, I can't believe you guys got it to work through sheer stubbornness. When you finish the car please document everything you've learned about the process and share it.

The scale of difficulty here is crazy. I've done a tiny amount of circuit design.. enough to know that the actual layout of the board is really the easy part; it's the design of the circuit itself that is where the skill lays. It's one thing to have a board all laid out - but it's not until you have it populated [and the code written] that you get to find out if it WORKS. So +1000 respects for even attempting this. This stuff is a special kind of S&M.
