Mods and The Sims 4 patch 1.58.63
🕑 Added 2019-11-13 01:56:15 +0000 UTCThe game patch today for The Sims 4 prepared the game for the next expansion pack, and fixed a long list of bugs.
It also changed a few basic things behind the scenes that affect a lot of the custom tunings used in gameplay mods. I recommend that you uninstall any mods that have not been updated or confirmed as compatible with the new patch.
Meaningful Stories and Fitness Controls will need an update, and so will the SNB and Private Practice mods that I contribute to. I am working on these updates, but there are a lot of edits I need to make, and they are unlikely to be ready tonight.
For now, if you are playing tonight with the new game patch, I recommend you remove Meaningful Stories and Fitness Controls from your mods folder.
Look out for a new post on Patreon when my mods are updated.
If you have not yet updated your game, you can put Origin in offline mode to continue playing with un-updated mods. When playing like this, you will hopefully get a notification in-game from Meaningful Stories when an update to that mod is ready to download.

I will check over and update the older stand-alone mood mods, but they are a lower priority. If you've been using True Happiness, I recommend you try out the just-updated Meaningful Stories, which includes the effects of True Happiness.
