Preview download: Meaningful Stories 0.9.1.0

This version includes a tutorial system to help new players learn the details of the mod's changes without needing to read a big long mod description page before downloading.
This was the last big feature I wanted to get done before releasing the mod for everyone to try. So if there are no reported issues with this upload, I'll be announcing a release date for the mod when I get back to work in the new year.

v0.9.1.0 changelog:
- A new tutorial tips system. This will give occasional notifications explaining a feature of the mod when that feature is affecting the active sim. Tips will only display once, and will not display within 2 minutes of each other. Tips can be reset or disabled in the in-game settings menu.
- A new mood feature called Mood Counterbalance. Moodlets of the opposite polarity will count against the dominant mood's total when calculating the intensity level.
- Emotional Inertia support for new Get Famous features. Inspired inertia is used up by using the media production skill and making inspired vlogs. Focused inertia is maintained by making focused vlogs. Energized inertia is used up by making energized vlogs.
- New settings options for Emotional Inertia:
- Duration multiplier - set a maximum multiplier for the duration of moodlets affected by emotional inertia.
- Strength multiplier - set a maximum multiplier for the increased strength of moodlets when they are affected by emotional inertia, relative to moodlets from other moods.
- Inertia neglect - Enable or disable the conditions for positive moods to lose their extended duration.

Thanks for coming to report something that seemed like a problem! This actually sounds like the satisfaction benefits from the True Happiness feature set. When sims are in the true happy mood, one of the benefits is they gain a small amount of satisfaction points over time. I am still looking for ways to make this clearer or less jarring for new players, because I've received a number of comments from people who weren't expecting it.

I had an issue with this mod where my sims would just continuously get 1 aspiration point.....I don't know if its a conflict with another mod maybe?

Thanks Jacinta. It doesn't sound like this is something directly caused by the mod, but I do know that the mod can exacerbate existing weirdness and problems with the current mourning system. I do plan to include some rebalancing of the mourning moodlets into the mod in the future, so I'll contact you in private to see if you can help me identify what was going on with your game, because I'm not currently familiar with anything that would cause the mourning moodlets to reset other than another acquaintance dying.
I ran into a problem with this latest build. One of my sim's friends died, and she had an 8 day sad moodlet which kept her sad all the time. Understandable. But the moodlet's length kept reseting and nothing, not even mourning like the tooltip said, helped... so I wound up using the moodlet solver to get rid of it after playing for an entire season with my sim sad.
