New mod: Apartment Friend Hangout Fix

This is a little script mod that fixes a Maxis error in The Sims 4 current game version 1.47.
The problem: When friends with apartment keys come over for a situation like game night, or getting ready for a day in the city, the notification would not show and a LastException error would be generated.
With this mod: The notification shows properly, and no error is generated.
Hopefully this error will be fixed in the next game patch, and you will only need this mod installed for a few weeks.

Thank you very much for this fix. I did encounter this bug, so I'm glad that it is now fixed until Maxis fixes it in a patch.
