After about a week of discussing it with them, and about two weeks of work on it, I think it might be ready for other people to try it out.Fitness Limits feature overview
You can now expand or reduce the range of sims fat and muscle levels. You can allow your sims to appear heavier, leaner, or more muscular than in the unmodded game.
The new limits apply both to the body sliders in Create-A-Sim, and to fitness changes from eating or exercise in live-mode. Sims' visible physique should continue to change at the same rate as before. Everything should behave almost exactly as you would expect.

There have been other mods in the past that do something like this, but they've all required some technical setup, involved combining multiple mods from different places, or only worked in the character creator and not in-game. What I've managed to do for Fitness Controls, with df1112's help, is something that works in all areas of the game, and is designed to be as easy to use as possible.
Initially, I wasn't adding this feature for myself, but for the people who had requested it from me on ModTheSims and Discord. It wasn't something I thought I'd want or use in my own game. But now I've made it, I think I'm going to keep it installed. The unmodded limits for body fat in particular feel unrealistically low to me now. I now like seeing sims with a greater range of body types in my game.

I love this mod now i can make my male sims really build up i have it on 0.33 and it's perfect. Thank you...
