Foundry VTT (V11)

Just a quick service announcement about Foundry VTT (and the issues I bet lots of you are having) -
Foundry recently updated to V11, which has some really great features. The problem here multiple, though.
- No Foundry packs (/scenes, etc) that have been created before V11 will work on V11 (meaning - if you update to V11, none of your content will work). This is a worldwide issue.
- Packs/scenes that are created to work with V11 WON'T work on any installation below that. So if you don't update to V11, there will be content you cannot use.
I've been talking with my team and we're currently deciding how to play this. Whether we convert all packs to work with V11 (this is also a bunch of work, but doable), or whether we hold off until the release is stable and more folk have upgraded to V11. I'm tempted to just go for it and make everything compatible with V11, the issue here though is that it will make the packs broken for anyone who doesn't upgrade to V11...
Any ideas welcome here :)

I think you should keep the old versions available. Some of us aren't upgrading to v11.

Thanks for the feedback, really nice to see your views on all of this. We've made it so all packs will work below V11, but prompt you to update to V11 ONCE YOU'RE ABLE TO. So HOPEFULLY we've hit a good balance and kept everything working for you! I'll post a formal update soon when the dust settles :)

I think you should start updating to V11, else you'll just duplicate work when you do decide to update.

Many systems haven't been updated yet, so lots of folks couldn't be playing on V11 even if they wanted to. Tack on everyone that's waiting for module compatibility, and my vote is to wait a month or two for the dust to settle.

We don't plan to migrate to V11 any time soon either, so I know me and my players would really appreciate a tactical pause on the total conversion as well.

As I'm running SW5e, I won't be updating to V11 until they give the all-clear. Personally, I think it's too soon to convert everything to V11 if it means leaving the non-V11 folks out in the cold.
