Tested new scene + new BepinEx New scene worked fine, all the finger issue is fixed Tried with your Bep, original scene still broken while new scene works ok
I uploaded another version of this card, you might use this one. and maybe you should backup "BepInEx" folder elsewhere and download this https://mega.nz/file/LRFkFBAC#KryicJEoKt1k2Y6kwE_OebT2W-vveBW-XPN3rf0Syv8 ,then put it in the directory you backed up.

fingers glitched around on default using the latest BP mod so not sure what went wrong
