They are pngs, so you need to make a modpack and import the png manually. I will try to make a how to guide step by step, both in TT and in penumbra soon <3 There is probably one out there still : https://reniguide.carrd.co/#loosefiles its similar!

Also teh snowflake during winter and such, but one at a time! I lost my custom tattoo and I'm not sure the modder is going to redo it so this will work in case she doesn't!
