It took me a week to make this because it just feels like I'm complaining more and doing/making less and I didn't want to complain or explain more about why I don't feel like myself and why I haven't been able to show up consistently but I felt very seen when I saw how low my Vit D and B12 and other values are ๐
My cholesterol is high because of stress, I very rarely eat oily junky food but I've been a chronic stresser especially for the last two years. It feels as though I can never relax ๐ฌ
I have put this intense pressure on myself to do things big. If I'm not putting my all into making something, it doesn't count. This mindset has led to making next to nothing. I'd rather make small small things and put them out regularly than try to make my magnum opus by just sitting, daydreaming and nightmaring ๐

Thank you, Kristen!!! I definitely don't give myself enough credit for the work that went into making my book happen. You always remind me of the things that I have done โค๏ธ I wanted to make another book the same way I made Shampoo and Daddy and I'm really sad that a year went by and I did nothing! But it's okay, at least I got my blood test done ๐ค๐
