See if this works: Navigate to your profile icon in the top right corner and select Manage memberships. Find the creator you wish to switch to an annual plan and click the Edit button. Select "Annual" in the billing frequency section. Review and Confirm the payment on the checkout page to activate the annual plan immediately.

Yep, you would pay the annual price today (with 20% off), and you would get charged again in a year.
