Wich player are you using ? ... you have to choose the ratio "SBS" or "over and under" and distortion 360/180 most of the time manualy in all kind of players.

When I play your video on mega/dropbox it plays as a side-by-side video, but when I download and play it there are a few videos that play as 360° videos. How can I download it as a side-by-side video?

I always had a PC headset and got yesterday my quest3. So iam able to post a step by step tutorial in the next days. I heard that most of my patreons watch it over dropbox inside the deoVR player browser.
