Patreon Reward Changes
🕑 Added 2020-01-01 07:14:16 +0000 UTCGood day everyone. Ken/kagami06 here.
I'd like to announce a few changes regarding the higher tiers of my Patreon pledges. For too long, it's only been made for more generous patrons so as not to exclude them in Patreon's old post privacy system. But since the site has made tremendous changes to make posting for different tiers more efficient and accessible, I would like to give back and make those tiers more worth the money you've spent. I've decided to make the following changes to the way I roll out rewards for February 2020 onwards, and give the higher-pledging patrons a few more goodies. (I've put what I think are very important points in bold)
Every week I will provide sketches of characters/ideas I'd like to work on as next month's reward. These sketches will be accessible to all tiers. I will post a poll a week before the end of the month to determine which sketch will be made into a full image. But only patrons from the $10- and $15-Tier will be able to vote on said poll. What's more, those in the $15-Tier will be able to request a character of their choosing to be made part of the image poll. That means the $15-Tier will get you a personalized sketch every month. Please see the footnotes below this post regarding guidelines and restrictions when it comes to character sketch requests.
The poll will last 5 days after posting. Once the character/sketch has been voted on and determined, I will work on the reward and have it ready by the 10th of the coming month. $5-Tier patrons will still be able to access the completed image. But bonus versions (lineart, flat colors, etc.) will now be exclusive to $10- and $15-Tier patrons.
The image set will stay here on Patreon for the whole month, and will be moved to Gumroad after the month ends .
Also, commissioned artwork will now be available real-time, as they get finished and once the commissioners get hold of them first. They will still be compiled along with the exclusive image in a post on the 10th of the month in case any of you miss out on them.
To review, these will be the rewards for each tier starting February 2020:
$5- Bronze Tier
- Access to monthly image reward
- Access to progress stages of monthly reward
- Real-time early access to finished commissioned pieces months before getting posted on other platforms (Twitter, Facebook)
$10- Silver Tier
- All Bronze tier rewards
- Access to bonus versions of image reward (lineart, flat colors, etc.)
- Access to voting poll determining next month's reward
$15- Gold Tier
- All Silver tier rewards
- Exclusive sketch of a character of your choosing to be made part of next month's image poll
Please let me know what you think. Any questions or feedback would be appreciated. Thank you so much for your continued support!

- Requested characters' sketches will be made available for all tiers, alongside sketches of my own preferred characters

Comments
if you were expecting all of my previous work to be made immediately available for everyone, i'm sorry to disappoint. surely, if you came here from Twitter or Facebook, you'll know that i post about moving previously Patreon-exclusive stuff to Gumroad. i make those announcements every time i switch rewards as far as stealing your money, last month's rewards are still up. early access to commissioned art that are still not posted on Twitter are still up. collections like the Link and Drake sets are still up as well. i don't think i stole from you in any way

Hate your Gumroad exclusivity stuff. I just wasted 10 bucks because I had no way of knowing a large portion of your stuff is patreon exclusive. Thanks for stealing my fucking money.
just to be clear, the current preview i posted and am working on right now (Sett x Sylas) is not yet part of the new voting system. that will be this month's reward and will be ready by the 10th. after that is when i will send out sketches as options for next month's reward.
